 Basic Freight Delivery Fee

Certain collections include free shipping, while shipping costs for most collections will be assessed when the pieces are ready for pickup by freight companies. Please contact us for more information about shipping fees. Bellaserra Outdoor charges the same amount that we are charged by third-party freight companies.

Basic Freight Delivery Details

Shipping times vary depending on the collection. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Additional charges may apply for special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations that are not readily accessible. Delivery to residential addresses is available for most collections under certain conditions. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery. Items shipped via Basic Freight Delivery are boxed and can be delivered to your door if requested and agreed upon in terms of large item drop-offs.

Third-party freight companies will call 1–2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated delivery time.

Local In-Home Delivery Details

In-stock merchandise can ship within 2-3 business days, though some areas may take longer. We use dedicated delivery partners for customer addresses within our local delivery areas (locations near our stores or warehouses).

Our local in-home delivery service includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice, and removal of packaging. You will receive a call 1-2 days before delivery with a 2-3 hour delivery time frame. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed.

To avoid a rescheduling fee, changes or cancellations to deliveries must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery date. The person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.

Return of Merchandise

Except for Loll Designs collections, returns for other collections will not be accepted after 30 days from the order placement date. Within 30 days of the order placement date for non-Loll Design collections, there will be a 50% restocking fee for non-damaged items. We work with you and our suppliers to provide replacements or offer repair solutions for the length of the product's warranty period. Please contact us with any questions.
